Who Am I? I am Joseph Quevedo, 48 years old gay man. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela.  I grew up and lived in a poorly slum neighborhood area called Petare. I graduated at Simon Bolivar University in Foreign Trade in 1997. At 31, I finally immigrated to the U.S., California, Bay Area where I had family and also travelled in the mid 90's, thanks to my job at United Airlines in Caracas. I got political asylum for being part of a persecuted group in 2002 and my naturalization in 2010. I graduated at San Francisco State University in International Business in 2009.  I haven't been able to find a long term permanent full-time job since then. Therefore, I owe my full student loan to the Federal Government as of 2016. Always in deferrement.  I got HIV early 2012 while living in San Francisco. Nowadays,  my American dream became a nightmare, I am a targeted individual from the Federal Government and used as Guinea pig for their human experimentation and torture.  Electromagnetic harassment. I suspect they implanted without consent few tracking microchips inside my body. I have been in constant survaillance since 2014 after they put me in jail by a theatrical mob and in a mental hospital without any reason, just to cover up their wrong doing and abuse of power.  I am presenting my case against the darkness in the planet.
