WiFis are identified by a particular owner name.   Regardless of some people wanted to be funny; I consider finding a FBI Surveillance WiFi next to my residential place and on the road, as too much coincidence for last 2 years.  My online and over-the-phone communications have been compromised.  I am a victim of sabotage for my job search and social life on a regular basis. I have been forced to become isolated due to constant survaillance.  No friends, no partner, no co-workers, etc. All of them have been sent away from me. Is the FBI behind this abusive activity?

Who Am I? I am Joseph Quevedo, 48 years old gay man. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela.  I grew up and lived in a poorly slum neighborhood area called Petare. I graduated at Simon Bolivar University in Foreign Trade in 1997. Nowadays,  my American dream became a nightmare, I am a targeted individual from the Federal Government and used as Guinea pig for their human experimentation and torture.  Electromagnetic harassment. I suspect they implanted without consent few tracking microchips inside my body. I have been in constant survaillance since 2014 after they put me in jail by a theatrical mob and in a mental hospital without any reason, just to cover up their wrong doing and abuse of power.  I am presenting my case against the darkness in the planet.
